Your Housing - Low Carbon Heat Project

Your Housing Group, has commissioned a feasibility study, funded by the UK Rural Community Energy Fund (RCEF), to consider the feasibility of transitioning the Partington Housing Area to a low carbon heat network.

Pure energy has been working together with Prospus Group Ltd to deliver the following core Study findings;

A high-level assessment of the likely energy needs for Partington Housing stock (based on area generic data sources) including, number of properties, estimated energy load (Ref: average EPC SAP data) and property size, The energy demand data is then extrapolated to estimate at a high level, a community wide energy network infrastructure, in terms of key metrics i.e., energy demand:
