BioFabrik “WASTX” Processable Materialsn

The BioFabrik “WASTX” compacting application system for light and liquid substrates comprises continuous compact pyrolysis with patented multi-zone heating system, capable of processing the following polymer based materials;

High Density Poly Ethylene (HDPE), sometimes called “alkathene” or “polythene”
Low-density polyethylene (LDPE), a thermoplastic derived from the monomer “ethylene”
Polypropylene (PP), a thermoplastic “addition polymer”, belongs to the group of “polyolefins” made from the combination of propylene monomers

These material groups are used in a variety of applications including packaging for consumer products, plastic parts for various industries, typically;

Containers e.g. IBCs, plates, foils
Injection moulded parts of packaging, household goods or technical articles
Foils – e.g. cling ﬁlms, carrier bags, etc.
