Case Study: Oru Space – East Dulwich

Case Study

Oru Space, East Dulwich

Oru Space Ltd London

Oru Space, East Dulwich is a new type of coworking space – an activated workspace, cafe, wellness and event space. A place for profit and purpose; a place where both individuals and organisations have the right support to thrive.

Oru Space has been community-driven from the outset, resulting in a human centred approach to how they support and connect members.

The business operates throughout the day with wellness and events, engaging both members and the wider community. Their unique and bold usage of sustainable, natural materials creates an environment to attract and retain employees. Oru Space enables businesses to work together and promote creativity, whatever your industry.

Pure energy was selected by the Oru Space Team to investigate renewable energy infrastructure technologies to support the energy demands for office facilities both currently in operation and planned. Pure energy utilised the “OnGen Expert” platform to complete the technical assessment based on an assumed level of energy consumption, representative consumption profile and typical E7 energy tariff.
