eQuality Homes is a not-for-profit organisation focused on making home ownership more accessible and building thriving and sustainable communities for all.

Pure energy has been working together with Prospus Group Ltd during the planning development phase of 22 Low Carbon Affordable new homes in Kirby Stephen, Cumbria, comprising bungalows, two, three, and four-bed properties.

Sustainability is a core feature of the development, not only offering superior quality, stylish homes, but homes built to exceptionally high energy efficiency standards.


Sustainability is a core feature of the development, not only offering superior quality, stylish homes, but homes built to exceptionally high energy efficiency standards. These homes will include solar panels and low carbon heat network designs. The Prospus Group/Pure energy Team are also currently pursuing a community heating system to help reduce heating costs further.

Pure energy’s services to eQuality Homes includes Low Carbon Heat Networks Technical Assessment, including technology selection and integration for the development, geotechnical support, an Electric Vehicle Charging Hub Infrastructure Study and Waste to Energy Study. We will also provide Project Management services during the on-site construction phase, scheduled Q3 2022.
